Welcome to the second edition of Investor Insight. The partners and staff of Insight Worldwide join me in sending Christmas greetings and every good wish for your continued success in 2008. Also, I want to thank more personally all of you who have supported us in what has been an extremely encouraging first year for Insight Worldwide. I am writing just before boarding a plane, not to the North Pole as some may imagine but heading off to Cyprus to apply our usual rigorous and exacting standards for sourcing and securing excellent opportunities for overseas investment. |
I am extremely proud to report that we are amongst a rare breed of companies to employ property consultants with the specific remit of sourcing excellent propositions for investors. Hand on heart I believe we have in Richard and Carol Salmon two of the most dedicated, investment savvy and clued up consultants anyone could wish for. Carol and Richard have travelled far and wide this year, particularly exploring European capital cities and have brought some outstanding propositions to the table. I am also delighted that Richard and Carol have rejected as total non starters several excellent on paper propositions – this brings me great comfort that our brand standard of excellence and integrity are continuously and vigorously applied to every detail! |

This year, we have introduced our clients to outstanding investment opportunities in Spain, Cape Verde, Budapest, Bucharest and Bulgaria and next year more to follow. Thank you again for the tremendous feedback you have given on our regular seminars, newsletters and communication channels. Featured in this issue of Investor Insight is a ‘bird’s eye view’ of our propositions; some opportunities sold out immediately, demonstrating the popularity of overseas investment. A later issue will feature Carol’s ‘strange but true’ article, penned after her recent trip to Berlin undertaken with the assurance that she would be viewing ‘not to be missed opportunities’ which she would sooner have given a miss!! In early January our Investor Insight will specifically feature Cape Verde; the paradise islands only 5 hours direct flight from the UK, which boasts 365 days a year of sunshine!!!! The newsletter will be followed by a dedicated seminar early in 2008 so book early to avoid disappointment. |
